• In a landmark decision, we obtained a decision that a class of over 20,000 individuals with asbestos-related injuries could recover potentially unlimited amounts under insurance policies issued to a now-defunct insulation contractor. 

• Our attorneys litigated and secured nearly half a billion dollars of insurance proceeds for a bankrupt company facing massive liabilities arising from its installation of asbestos-containing products. 

• Our attorneys recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds for a bankruptcy trust that had succeeded to the liabilities and insurance assets of a bankrupt building materials company.  

• After weeks of arbitration, our attorneys recovered a nine-figure sum in residual value insurance coverage for a large automobile leasing company.
