Washington, D.C. – Gilbert LLP has announced that Barry I. Buchman, a former associate and partner at the firm, has returned as a partner. Mr. Buchman will specialize in complex civil litigation and dispute resolution, focusing primarily on representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes.
A talented litigator who peers describe as a rising star in the policyholder bar, Mr. Buchman has handled a wide variety of cases and also has developed a specialty representing companies in the automotive industry. At Gilbert LLP, Mr. Buchman will continue his work on behalf of automotive industry clients, including an auto parts manufacturer and a technology company that primarily services auto dealers.
