This course is designed for the environmental, real estate or corporate attorney involved in business transactions that include environmental risks. The class will provide a brief overview of local D.C. environmental laws and federal environmental laws as they relate to the due diligence phase of contaminated property acquisitions, or business transactions which have idle or tainted assets.
