Kyle Poelker joined Gilbert as an associate in 2016. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation and insurance recovery for policyholders. Prior to joining Gilbert, Kyle was an Assistant Attorney General at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, focusing on consumer protection and antitrust litigation on behalf of the State of Missouri.
Kyle received his law degree from the University of Chicago and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
