Meredith joined Gilbert LLP as an associate in August 2010. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation. Representative matters include:

• Representing post-bankruptcy litigation trusts in securing insurance coverage for asbestos-related liabilities; and

• Representing corporate policyholders in obtaining insurance recoveries from insolvent and run-off insurers in the United States and abroad pursuant to solvent and insolvent schemes of arrangement.

Prior to joining Gilbert LLP, Meredith was an associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina, where her practice focused on commercial litigation, reorganization and creditors' rights, and negotiating and documenting loan restructurings.
