John Niles represents organizations seeking the recovery of insurance proceeds.  His practice focuses on pre-trial and appellate litigation.  Representative matters include:

  • Representing a major manufacturer in trial-court litigation involving insurance coverage for asbestos personal-injury claims
  • Representing a non-profit corporation in appellate litigation involving insurance coverage for the defense of a lawsuit

John also maintains an active pro bono practice.
