Andrea joined Gilbert LLP as an associate in September 2008.  Her practice includes complex litigation, bankruptcy, and class actions.  Examples of recent matters include:

• Seeking recovery from an insurance company on behalf of an asbestos trust.
• Representing a corporate policyholder in complex multiparty insurance coverage litigation pending in both state and federal courts.
• Representing a committee of borrowers in bankruptcy proceedings involving one of the country’s largest home mortgage originators.
